Trapped in Nashville
By registering for Trapped in Nashville, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following registration, payment, cancellation, and participation terms and conditions.
Registration and Payments
• All registrations are per person and non-transferable without prior written approval.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change prior to registration.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by the published final payment deadline.
• Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.
The event organizers reserve the right to refuse or revoke registration, or remove a participant from the event, for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the experience.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because Trapped in Nashville is a limited-capacity, custom-curated event with significant advance commitments, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations more than 90 days before the event start date:
You may receive a refund of payments made minus the non-refundable deposit.Cancellations 90–45 days before the event start date:
You may receive a 50% refund of amounts paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.Cancellations fewer than 45 days before the event start date:
No refunds will be issued.No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds or credits.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase independent travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Event Changes and Force Majeure
The organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, instructors, venues, or programming as necessary.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, government restrictions, labor disputes, or illness of key personnel, liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid, excluding non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Assumption of Risk and Liability Release
Participation in Trapped in Nashville involves inherent risks, including travel, live music environments, and physical activity.
By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the event organizers, instructors, venues, sponsors, and affiliated parties from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
Photo and Media Release
By attending the event, you grant permission for photographs, audio, and video recordings taken during Trapped in Nashville to be used for promotional, educational, and archival purposes without compensation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, the organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for registration.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
